Order, Shipping, and Return Policies

ROgHA Hair System takes great pride in our products. We believe in educating our customers about the importance of choosing the right hair care products so they can make the best choices possible for their hair and scalp needs.

Please read below for our Order, Shipping, and Return Policy.



If you are not sure that your order has been processed, we recommend checking your email (as well as your spam or junk folder) for your order confirmation. If you do not receive your order confirmation, contact us at support@roghahairsystem.com to avoid placing the same order twice.

We are unable to cancel or edit the order after it has been processed. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.

If your package is marked delivered and you are unable to locate the package or it is damaged during shipment, please file a claim with the delivery service that shipped your package. If you are unable to resolve your concerns with the shipper, please contact us at support@roghahairsystem.com.

Please note, if there is a discrepancy between your order and the shipment you received, appropriate action must be taken immediately.  Within 72 hours of receiving your shipment, email us at support@roghahairsystem.com and include:  your first and last name, the address the product was shipped to, the reason you are contacting us, a phone number and the best time for us to call you.



All orders processed through our website roghahairsystem.com will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) from our shipping facility in Londonderry, New Hampshire.

We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. We regret that due to shipping regulations at this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, internationally or freight forward addresses.  If a shipping address does not meet these requirements, your order will not be processed.   

Orders will be shipped to the address that is entered when the order is placed. Shipments to multiple addresses will require a separate order for each delivery address.

Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days. Holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control can have an impact on your shipment arrival date causing a delay. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.

Please note we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Orders received during these times will be shipped on the next available business day.



ROgHA Hair System has a 30-day return policy, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us at support@roghahairsystem.com to arrange for your return. Please include the following information in your email:  your first and last name, the address that the product was shipped to, the reason for your return, including your phone number and the best time for us to call you.  

You will be contacted within 24-72 hours of when we receive your return request. We will confirm your information, process your return, email you a return shipping label, and apply your refund.

Emails requesting a product return MUST be received within 30 days of the original purchase invoice date. A full credit for the returned item(s) will be applied to the original form of payment. No returns are accepted after 30 days. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

When a refund is issued back to the original form of payment, it can take up to 5 business days for your credit to be reflected in the account. Be sure to check your account once we confirm your refund has been processed.

We do not offer any type of exchanges and we can only process returns for products that were purchased directly on our website. If you purchased our product from an approved retailer, please contact them directly to process your return.
